Who we are

An urban logistics platform focused on Greater Lisbon. We acquire land in the region's primary distribution corridors, develop Grade-A buildings and own them for the long term.

Our buildings serve the businesses that move goods into and around the city every day: logistics operators, retailers, e-commerce and their suppliers. Every stage is managed in-house, from site selection and planning to construction, leasing and asset management.

What we do

Location

Sites in Greater Lisbon's logistics corridors, with strong highway connectivity and close to the city's consumers.

Product

Modern warehouses for logistics and distribution, with units from 5,000 sqm, delivered to recognised green building standards.

Ownership

We build to hold: long leases, active management and buildings designed to stay relevant for decades.

Built for urban logistics

Close to the city and designed to high environmental standards, for the occupiers that serve Lisbon every day.

Four corridors, one city

Three established corridors carry most of Greater Lisbon's logistics demand. South of the Tagus, Montijo–Alcochete is the growth corridor, with land available and the new Lisbon airport planned nearby.
